The Interaction of the Islamic Emirate with Legislative Documents

This article, titled “The Interaction of the Islamic Emirate with
Legislative Documents and the Legal System in Afghanistan,” explores
the practical and significant issue of the Islamic Emirate’s engagement
with legislative documents and the legal framework. Notably, the
absence of a well-defined legal system in Afghanistan and how the
Islamic Emirate interacts with legal norms are central themes examined
in this study. A critical observation made within the article highlights
the lack of due reverence for the legal system in Afghanistan,
emphasizing its implications and consequences.
This article addresses pressing societal needs by meticulously examining
the legal landscape. Through rigorous analysis and comparison of the
Republic and Emirate eras in Afghanistan, the study evaluates the
efficacy of globally acknowledged legal components. Specifically, the
focus is on addressing the persistent challenges of legal instability and
inadequate engagement with legal norms. The research culminates in
clear and pragmatic recommendations, underscoring the practical
effectiveness of the proposed solutions.
